Unless explicitly stated in a Master Service Agreement, the underlying architectural code, template engines, and structural methodologies remain the intellectual property of Alternative Solutions IO LLC. Clients retain full ownership of their specific data, content, branding, and final deliverables.
2. The Role of Artificial Intelligence We leverage cutting-edge AI to accelerate development, optimize architecture, and streamline workflows. While we rigorously test our environments, Alternative Solutions IO LLC is not liable for third-party AI "hallucinations," API outages, or unexpected outputs generated by underlying language models.
3. Client Responsibilities Our systems are built on a "garbage in, garbage out" reality. The success of any digital deployment relies on the accuracy of the information, materials, and feedback provided by the client. We build the engine; you provide the fuel.
4. Subscription and Beta Access (Sector Zero / Shift Studio) For users enrolled in monthly beta or early-access programs (e.g., Sector Zero), you acknowledge that you are interacting with live, evolving software. Features may break, adapt, or be removed as we optimize the system. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time, but previous charges for access are non-refundable.
